Tony Bennett apparently played this arcade conversion and wrote a song called "I Left My Gameplay & Scrolling In San Francisco" I'm not sure, but this definitely is another crap racing game from the programming team ICE behind other craptacular racing fare like Hydra, Turbo Outrun and ...errk... Chase HQ II ... which I'll discuss in this video... "I Left My Gameplay & Scrolling In San Francisco"... heh :D Come on, it's not that bad. Scrolling is awful, but the game itself is nice (on a budget label).
