screen is larger than normal 32x32 to match the BBC micro's?
graphics probably taken from the BBC micro version, that is why they are primary rgb colours and very bright.
I am guessing it uses hardware scrolling, pity the sprites flicker and the movement is a bit slow, it would have been more playable perhaps if it was smoother.
