Second in the series of my HMC's videos - ie "Home Made Conversions" for the Amstrad CPC - ie games that never got an official release or port on the Amstrad, but later someone made a homebrew version! Here we have a version of the classic FROGGER arcade game ... curteosy of Executioner (he who made the WinApe emulator!), and it's an arcade perfect conversion! Only works on Amstrad Plus machines though, so it's not playable on normal CPC machines - fire up WinApe though and give it a blast! www.cpcwiki.eu www.winape.net

Out of interest, is there ever an ending in this game and conversion? Or does it forever loop through?

It cycles through with the stages getting harder, more traffic, then starts back at the first stage but I think it's slightly faster. ie. If you can make it past a certain stage (level 20 I think) it gets easier again for a while. There is no ending to the game though.
