LocoScript 2-4 character set

Further to the discussion of SCRCHAR.JOY, I've taken the characters from that file, combined them with those in PCW CP/M, added some more of my own, and ended up with a .PSF file (PCW08.PSF) containing 780-odd characters. From that it's possible to generate all sorts of system fonts using psftools, and I ended up making a set of codepages for CPPREP, my DOS codepage loader. So you can now use the PCW system font under DOS, if you're so inclined. The 8x14 and 8x16 fonts were mechanically generated from the 8x8 one, so don't look anything special, but it amused me nonetheless.
