PCW 8256 memory expansion

What ICs would people recommend for populating the 2nd bank of 256kb ram on PCW 8256?

Any 41256 DRAM that is 150ns or below?
Or any other alternatives that people tested and/or recommend?
I am price conscious, so looking for a cheap option.
