Disc image for Amstrad 9512+ (3.5")

Hi,

This is my foirst post so Hello everyone! So far I am was playing with NC100 (ZCN) and NC200 (CPMish) and decided I want a proper CPM machine and I am now a new owner of the Amstrad PCW 9512+ with gotek mounted instead of 3.5". 
I only have USB with an empty bootable disc so I have few question:

- What is the diskdef format for 3.5" 720kb PCW 9512+ (cpmtools)?
- Is there a place I could download some images for 9512+ including proper bootable CP/M discs, assembler, debugger? 
- Is there a tool to convert more common 3" images into 3.5"?
