Look to be a great Geek Nerd System.
GNS console, perfect machine for plasma/scrollers
Would be cooler if it were a 6128PLUS (or even a 6512PLUS) instead of a GX "064"... ;D
GX4000 shouldn't be that difficult to implement, as it is a simple Z80 machine... well, the ASIC can be tricky and as it was more a keyboard-less computer, it had a large amount of RAM compared to most other 8 bit consoles or even 16 bit consoles.

I don't want to know where you plug the keyboard... :blank:
It's a Console multi-systems, not Computers. (and so useless to support the GX4000)

Why would the ASIC be tricky? He's not creating any new hardware, he's just piling all the old PCBs into one box. So if he gets a GX4000 PCB the ASIC is there.
