MegaFlash NG construction kit available (http://www.octoate.de/wp/2014/05/16/megaflash-ng-construction-kit-available/)
16 May 2014, 8:00 pmKangaroo and Nilquader released a new hardware for the Amstrad CPC, which is available for ordering now: the MegaFlash NG ROM box. It is based on the MegaFlash ROM box by Bryce (http://www.octoate.de/wp/2011/08/05/megaflash-rom-box/) and additionally features a reset button and a “pause” switch. But the best above all – it is available as a construction kit, which means, it will bring the “maker spirit” to you :). Order your kit, heat your soldering iron, have fun with building this new hardware for the Amstrad CPC and after all of that – enjoy your new hardware, e.g. with the games of the 16k ROM competition (http://www.octoate.de/wp/2013/07/02/16k-rom-game-development-competition-finished/) on the real machine :D. You can order the MegaFlash NG from the Spielquader shop (http://www.spielquader.de/MegaFlash-NG-Bausatz-fuer-Schneider-/-Amstrad-CPC-Computer_1) for 24,95 EUR (look out for the “Ready” T-Shirts as well :-)).

Although this is based on my MegaFlash and I should really be pleased/proud about this, I think the X-Mem has made this (and my MegaFlash) kind of obsolete.
Thank you sincerely Nilquader and Kangaroo that you mentioned my involvement, others didn't have the decency to do that.
Bryce.
You're going to have to take that issue up with them yourself. I can only speak for the hardware side.
Bryce.
I don't mind people using my software, especially since their roman doesn't work with their hardware.
