Since some of you already have 3D printers I would like to hear you advice about them. We used to have one in the lab I work in, it was the first Makerbot Replicator and it was fine, but nowadays it is starting to fail and moreover is very very slow. Therefore we are looking for a replacement. We look for something reliable but not very expensive, ideally it should not cost more than 3000 pounds or 4200 euros. In this range falls the Makerbot Replicator 5, but I would like to know if you suggest any other :) .
