Well that's what it says.

I click the link, it starts to load, then I'm met with the login screen with the headline "You've been banned".
All attempts to login tells me Incorrect username or password.

Yup, works for me, too, although I wonder if I'll see anyone in there (hey, Markus, this is an excellent alternative to IM since I can't have IM clients at work!).

And, yes, I had to "kill" those features with the upgrade... But we should re-implement webcpc, really...
