Does any one know how I can get access to the download stuff ?

I dont know about the link you gave, but I got all(?) the Amstrad action magazines from the internet archive
https://archive.org/details/amstrad-action-magazine

you can download them as PDF files for free there

In order to download from here you need a few posts - 5, I think. This was to prevent leechers...
