Excellent interview, its over 5 hours long, listened to over several days, the host is a bit dull, has his quirks, but it's very enjoyable
Yes, Lex Fridman has a wooden demeanor, but then his background (A.I., MIT) helped in this interview. I've seen other interviews with John Carmack where the host could have been replaced by a puppet, because John's knowledge and his detailed information flew right over their heads.
