And the 140 is 140bpm yes, although some of its closer to 150. Check out stuff by artists such as Bay B Kane, Billy Bunter, Sanxion, Strange Rollers, Electrux, Kranky & Lethal, theres some quality stuff being made.

And, as an aside, Daniel Bunter introduced me to this;

I had a cd full of "old" pendulum singles that I used to play on my car on the way to work around 2005-2006. Imagine running on the highway while listening to that. 180Km/h when running down a long slope.

Pendulum - Vault (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFbquYQ5wdc#ws)

This one was (and I think that it's still) used as part of the main jingle in dnbradio.com
If I'm honest, the only really great Pendulum song is this one... Gene Wilder r0xx0rz!

THIS is how to use that sample! ^_^ Long live Richard D. James!

Aphex Twin - We Are The Music Makers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vlcn-xrV27s#)

However, if you want a proper NRG track, then their remix of Freaks is still one of my all time favourite olde-skool tekkno tunes!

Dr. Caligari - Freaks (NRG Remix) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RayP6rxYL9w#)

EDIT1: Actually, thinking of Richard D James...
Power-Pill - Pacman (Power-Pill Mix) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjEDX-2M7Qk#)

dAXX has reworked his Commando dubstep remix... and here it is;

Commando 2013 Dubstep Rework by daXX (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXUuU5XTlV8#ws)

I prefer this one to the older remix as it uses a LOT more SID sounds and the dubstep-i-ness of it all has been lost!
