This game is really well done and fun. A port to CPC would be nice, even if I don't know how we could do the construction crane animaiton !
You can download it or donate a few pounds it to support the Unicef !

Looks amazing, but it doesn't play how I expected. There's something off in the controls and I can't really tell what is it.

I haven't played the arcade, so may be this is how it should be; anyway I'm a big fan of Antonio Savona. He's producing some (unofficial) great conversions for the C64!

Look at Frostbite: https://csdb.dk/release/?id=183742
Released The Return of Traxtor, Golden Tail, Magica, The Dawn of Kernel, Kitsune`s Curse, Brick Rick and Hyperdrive for the CPC.

If you like my games and want to show some appreciation, you can always buy me a coffee.

This project could be done on CPC since many years, as the movie and the game was released around 2012/2015.

I don't really understand... "a downloadable game for Windows and macOS".
About giving money to Unicef, you can already do it from here: https://www.unicef.fr/faire-un-don

TotO, it's really a C64 game (PRG, .TAP and disk image in the archive). I agree that the text is confuzing, to use the game on Windows or Mac, you need an emulator :-).

Reidac : maybe the hero is a little bit too slow.

I have no doubt that game can run on C64 (better than Amiga version), just yes, the text is confusing and it is required to pay first to know next.
