PS3 This is weird, the animation doesn't show because it downloads only the first frame? Can anyone else confirm this?
It's because the forum handles all image uploads as PNG files.
Upload your GIF directory to the server to httpdocs/forum/ and use this:
[img]myfile.gif[/img]
I could install an uploader again which uploads to forum/useruploads or so.
Then everyone could upload images here and use the IMG tag to show it.
Yeah, I gathered that much and tried to upload it, but my online ftp interface does not work for some reason, and here at work no proper FTP is allowed...
Anyone knows of a nice, working web/ftp interface I can setup?

But you can click on "Insert Image" (2nd icon in 2nd row from left)
and there you can enter path like:

@Markus: yes, the applet loads fine, it's just that when I upload it it finishes instantly and gives me the Attention icon... password? Well, not sure - open for discussion. I do *hope* it's not a security issue!

As we installed the backup after the last server crash, someone also uploaded warez in a open folder here.
(some GB movies)

Hahaha! Any good movies? Well, a size limit could be implemented, and we could take a look every now and then... on the other hand I don't see many uses for it... maybe drop it?

How can you call my movies a security issue? Hey dude! Restore them, I wasted a lot of time and didn't find them any longer. Shame! You know that I can't have that illegal stuff on my laptop for a longer time. The wiki is good for that and there's space enough. So I hope to see especially that one movie quite quick again, you know which one... c64 massacre ;-)
