Hexen 2 on Android with controller?

Hey guys,

Anyone can tell me what the best way is to play Hexen II on my Shield TV with a controller (that means, no touch mod necessary)?

And, if I'm not mistaken, there were no WAD files for it, how does one go about providing the files?
