Pretty cool translation of untranslatable slang. Yes, a place not a seat. That's some fun of one of Nostradamos predictions, that say a meteor will hit the north sea and everything will be flodded till behind colon. So since Bavaria is high abouve (close to the alps), roughly 400 m over normal sea level, we will sell places for all other people ;-)

There's no denying it.  It also explains why most German act so sober just like they have hangovers the whole year through. Bavarians drink it, they feel the consequences.
