Title: Skool Daze & Back to Skool source code!
Post by: Joseman on 22:14, 13 May 15
Hi

I was wondering how difficult will be port this two games to the cpc and found this:

Disassemblies | SkoolKit (http://skoolkit.ca/?page_id=113)

it's the games Skool Daze & Back to Skool, totally disasembled and all the  source code commented!

I've readed some of the code and comments and i can tell that this is totally recommended to everyone that wants to learn assembly, I never saw other codes TOTALLY commented, is very very easy to understand asm this way.

anyone for an amstrad release?  ;D

EDIT: i have builded the asm version of this source code, loaded on winape, and remove all the errors, (the remaining errors are winape errors)

Here it is the link, the game "technically" compile on the cpc without errors  ;D

Skool Daze [source code, no errors, totally commented].zip (http://ge.tt/8bRJjJG2/v/0?c)

what is needed now is "only" readapt the code to our beloved machine (screen, sound, keys)...

here is a video of the game itself (the video is not working if i put as an hyperlink):
