The Sharp X1. What a beauty.... (click to expand)
... But is must be faster than any other retro-computer, with *that* much red on display.
Aaaarrrggghhh, my eyes!!
Bryce.
Aw, come on you guys...

(much more boring).
Shiny!
That's better, but not red! It reminded me of the Yashica YC64. No computer should be red.

We had a very (in)famous computer in France..

The early IBM PC computer had tape I think, but I think it was an external reader.
I've yet to test my cassette collection, but I recently discovered my games on Disc (particularly the ones with loader protection) have been corrupted. Don't know if it was because I had them in their original boxes, my Titus the Fox game I got from the AA Covertape still seems to work fine though, have to check the original disc.
I like the red. Better than beige or brown.

I can recommend a few good opticians if that's the case :D
Bryce.
I looked a few times at this (quite beautiful) red computer, wondering what this thing reminds me... today, it suddenly came to my mind. Agreed, computers shouldn't be red.
Hehe! Maximilian, right?
Where's the 'like' button gone? Actually the whole topic layout looks different and with shrunken avatars.
Shrunken avatars is a good thing in some cases at least. 8) But I miss the like button too. ???

Yes, but he will have Flash like memory, no tape deck. ;)
