It's nice the keyboard works and they put the effort into reimplementing the awfulness of the original device.

It's still a Spectrum though. I got the Next and there's just something I don't feel with the device. TBH the original Spectrum case and keyboard is probably more desirable without the odd layout from the later Spectrums.

Maybe if you could expose the underlying ARM SoC and run games on that too (some of the Spectrum remakes) that would be nice. I know it's likely a cheap SoC with ARM A7s or A35s and a low-end GPU,  but that's plenty for the remakes. It may be the AllWinner H6 like the A500 mini but this is a cheaper device with working keyboard so a cheaper SoC is likely - H3 or H5 at most.

I tried accessing it and oh, surprise...

For me it times out. If I'm bored later on I'll try though VPN to see if it's Spain-only😂

Yup, just checked, with a Spanish IP it connected very fast. Disabled VPN - back to time outs.

Maybe they're using some geo balancing system and it failed? Though it didn't look like it.

Just out of curiosity, I am able to connect from Belgium with no VPN..
