Title: Where Were They Now? - seeking out Britain's pioneering video games houses
Post by: Nich on 22:41, 15 September 22
I have come across a blog entitled Where Were They Now?, which attempts to chart the history of well known (and some not so well known) publishers of 8-bit computer games, and visit their last known address to take photos and see what has changed from four decades ago:

Another rabbit hole to explore! :) I found Durell's story (https://whereweretheynow.blogspot.com/2022/08/durell.html) interesting in that, until last year, they were still based in the same cottage in Taunton where they produced games for the CPC and ZX Spectrum.

There is also an entry for Amstrad and Amsoft (https://whereweretheynow.blogspot.com/2022/05/amstrad-amsoft.html).

Actually quite more than a celebrity tour! Nice articles on the companies' history and all.
