Now you have available the greatest collection of ZX Spectrum files
in .TAP format. You can launch about 6,000 games in few clicks
without internet connection, with the help of loading screens, in-game
screens and a search box. Find your game by title, publisher or year of
release.
You only need a modern browser. The app works with HTML5, so no Flash
or Java is needed. Just extract ZxTapGames.zip in an empty folder and
launch the index.html file in the root. You have 2 options:
1. Launch the file throw local file system. When you click in a game,
the .TAP file will be downloaded and executed, so you must have
installed a desktop emulator with the .TAP extension associated.
2. Launch the file with a http server like apache. In that case the
game will be launched directly via javascript emulator, in another
tab. The emulator homepage is jbacteria.antoniovillena.es
Thanks to worldofspectrum.org because the most part of the work is
extracted from it. The rest are distribution denied games from other
sites and unprotected games from .TZX files.

Just expand the .zip and execute the index.html. By default, your browser will open it as local file and you can view the index of games. When you click a game, it will be downloaded as any normal download link (in some browsers you can choose between save or launch it).
You need a normal emulator installed in you machine, and it must be the .TAP file associated with it. In that case, the browser ask you to launch the file, and the emulator will be executed.
