"Spanish" loader

I am looking for sourcecode for the "Spanish" style loader (mult-colour stripes in the border).
More specific, code that I can use in a game I am working on.

I think the source has been used in other Spanish game productions and by CEZ and Mojon Twins.. but I can't find a download link. Can anybody help me?

I will be using C and Z88dk for the game i am working on.

In the end I dissassembled the topo soft loader and fixed it. It will be released with the blue angel 69 sources, but I will also add it into a seperate source release so it is easier to see how it is used.
