Spectrum to Amstrad gaming
« on: 22:04, 30 July 09 »
With the success of the 3D Deathrace (I Think that's the name), conversion from the Spectrum to Amstrad, by adapting the Z80 code, would it be possible to convert other Speccy games like Where Time Stood Still to the CPC in the same fashion. If that would work, then would conversion of stuff like Skool Daze, Dalek Attack and Street Fighter 2 be possible? Work would have to be done around multiloads but would it in theory be possible?

An interesting point, but I think the main problem is: those games you mentioned are much more complex than Deathrace...
