Title: Coding Book Recommendations ?
Post by: Vince on 05:42, 21 June 20
Hello!

I'm new here. I code 6502/6510 and a bit of z80.

I have one book on CPC machine code and a few on Basic. Do you guys have any recommendations?

I have Mapping the Commodore 64 and Mapping the Atari. Is there a book like that for the CPC range ?

Any other book recommendations would be much appreciated. Hoping to convert some games and am
looking to get some homework in advance of time.

TIA

Not sure any of the books I got on the hardware side were any I would especially recommend, they were mostly just 'knockoffs' of the official firmware guide I think.  Arnoldemu's site (http://cpctech.cpc-live.com) has some documentation on it that might be what you are after.  There is also some info on the old grimware site (https://www.grimware.org/doku.php/documentations/start#hardware).

If you get titles of books, you should be able to find them at https://acpc.me/#ACME (https://acpc.me/#ACME)
