Help for making CDT for dsk with Basic, Arkos and loading screen

Hello all,
I would like to know if there is way to make a working CDT file, from a dsk that has 1 BASIC file which leeds to a loading screen, and also includes the loading of a song in Arkos tracker.

I did it with Java but the cdt is not working.

I suppose this has to do with the limitations of the tape loading and the sequence etc, but I would like to ask if there is a way to have a working CDT file.
Or the only way is to use other tools (as most games do) and have finally a .BIN file? (I am totally unfamiliar on that).

First of all: the programm is not running (it loads a small screen, but does not play music at all) on winape 464 or winape 6128 emulator.

Sorry, a missing RETURN was the problem that music was not played, I fixed it, although that was not the main problem.
