I sent a photo yesterday of the hieroglyphic version of the name Allison to a friend who is a little "New Age" and she is printing it off to hang on the wall. As for 1991 usage - maybe a school project?
Tell Allison that (if I'm not mistaken, it's been a long time since my Ancient Egyptian studies) there are rules to be followed when transliterating, you can't just bind glyphs to letters ;)
Ok, I'll take 'school project' as good enough a reason to publish :D
