Partial Python port of nocart

Hello all !


Here is a partial (but working) Python port of nocart.

It was made because I wanted to understand how the CPR is generated. It means that the underlying patch in Z80 assembly was just reused here by using the patched versions from nocart.

It looks like it doesn't work with EXT dsk files. 


Let's have a look at that...
