So I took a visit to the wiki

http://www.cpcwiki.eu/index.php/Creating_images_for_the_Amstrad

And I found the guide overall useful, however I observed something with my testing. It appears to me that Hue-Saturation does not help that much to get results one would want. I also found posterize not the best way to remove colors , instead I found bringtness/contrast far better to get the result I want.

Here is a Stegosaurus I work on with Blender

resized and remove angle

colors converted to MODE 0

I open to opinions and potential improvements. But judging from the color palette I don't have much room to move other than dithering.

I don't know anything about graphics, but SuperSylvestre has quite mastered the art of transfering images to CPC (check what he did for Orion Prime for example). I don't think he goes much on this forum, perhaps you can contact him through Push'n'Pop (or create a thread there).

Well their forum does not appear very active but I made an account to ask anyway. Orion Prime looks quite impressive , of course they make heavy use of good dithering.
