Windows build of cpctools

Hi there,


I set up an automated build of cpctools for Windows.


You can download them from here: https://github.com/cpcsdk/cpctools/releases


These are the tools originally developped by Ramlaid/Arkos, but there were several updates over the years since the last release from him back in 2004. Let me know if you have problems with it or if things should be improved (documentation, packaging, bugs, ...)

New release today to fix two bugs in CreateSnapshot: https://github.com/cpcsdk/cpctools/releases/tag/v0.3.2


Binaries are available for Linux, Windows, and MacOS (but I couldn't test the MacOS version).
