Azimuth programme

Hi there,
Was watching this video

and at 13minutes 50, Noel mentions some software to help with azimuth setup.  He is using a tape to load this in and in his video description references the utility here https://www.cpc-power.com/index.php?page=detail&num=6091.

This file is only available as a dsk file and useless to me as a 464 owner.  I cannot find the CDT anywhere so i can load it on my 464.  Can anyone help with the CDT or steps to convert the dsk to a cdt please?
