CPCDiskXP Not Starting on PC

CPCDiskXP won't start on PC, Win XP SP3.
It works on every other PC I have, Win 10, 7, XP - just not this particualr PC?? :(


Any ideas welcome as I need this PC as it has a floppy drive.

It should work from the hard drive though. What happens if you right click on it and Run as Administrator?
Currently playing on: 2xCPC464, 1xCPC6128, 1x464Plus, 1x6128Plus, 2xGX4000. M4 board, ZMem 1MB and still forever playing Bruce Lee.
No cheats, snapshots or emulation. I play my games as they're intended to be played. What about you?
