Currently I started to do some more software for the great 20 MB hard disc from Dobbertin.
First of all there will be a program to generate a full image of the hard-disc. It shall be also capable of comparing an image dump and to restore it.
Now, the question is: How much users / owners of the HD20 do we have actually? To help please vote in the poll up there. :)
Well, here at CPC Wiki we have lots of threads every day, so I 'push' this topic once to allow you to read and vote. :) :) :)
The work on the HD20 disc image manager started yesterday.
I wonder if it would be possible to have the equivalent of a Dobbertin hard disk on a real CPC/CPC+ as we do with the Gotek? on my CPC+ I use 720kb floppy disk images on my external gotek drive and it works fine.

The M4? Or the Usifac II?

To simulate the HD20 by a SF3 or M4?
That would be awesome, right?
The tool to create a full (21 MB) disc image was already made by Devilmarkus. It compiles the image out of the backup data of the 'HD20 Back Up program'. See 'release thread'.
Just tell the SF3 and M4 producers that they shall simulate the HD20. A positive push is what they need :-)
