DRAWING A OVAL, ON A TILT

Hi All!!
I'm trying to draw a Oval on a tilt, with its centre stationary, and it's physical dimendions
the same.
It's for the function of 'drawing a line', and then being able to 'warp' it to suit what you
wish.It's, sort of like the program 'Paint', when you can 'warp'a line on that.
When, the line is on a tilt, and half an oval, needs to be created, i think the maths, gets
a bit more trickier.
On a flat line, it's pretty easy - just cos(i)*rad1,sin(i)*rad2.
