ParaDOS settings for PCW drives.
« on: 09:28, 06 January 20 »
Hi all,
I remember a long time ago, testing a PCW drive on a CPC using ParaDOS, but I'm not a regular ParaDOS user and it's been a (long) while.Does anyone here do this or know what setting I need to do to access both single-sided and double sided PCW disks? It doesn't need to be able to understand the files on the disk. I just need to get to the stage where CAT works.

Bryce.

Not ParaDOS but these might help:

http://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/applications/pcw173-and-pcw720-reading-and-writing-to-pcw-format-3'-or-3-5'-disks/

Also the DES GUI + ParaDOS (without having to change any settings) will read 3.5" PCW disks in drive B.
