cpc 464 converter

what kind of converter do i need so can i play a cpc 464 in the usa i tried to play it the screen makes sound on dot is red on keyboard but no picture and recemandation tips of what i need

Hi ron,
     first off, what setup do you have? Are you using the original monitor? Are you connecting to a TV? If so via what connection? How are you powering the CPC?

Im using a gt65 amstrad monitor it has a 3 pin wall plug 250v 13 a white color

Can I assume you're powering it from 220V or more source also then?
