M4 Board Problem to press M4 reset Key

I haven't used the M4 on my CPC 464 for a while. The M4 works perfectly until I press the M4 reset key. When I press M4 reset, the message appears on the screen with the Basic 1.1 version and scrolls vertically until the text disappears and the screen goes blue and unresponsive. If I press CPC RESET, it does the same thing. However, you can load a game from the laptop's browser. What you can't do is type anything into the CPC because it doesn't obey. I've tried wiping the contacts. I've formatted many times and tried several ROMs, but it doesn't work. It's as if there's a problem loading the 6128 emulator, because while I work with Basic 1.0, there's no problem. The problem starts when I reset the M4, as if something goes wrong when loading the ROMs. I've tried many things and nothing has worked, so I'm raising the issue in case someone else had a similar experience and resolved it.
