Symbos cannot see inside folders

After some efforts j managed to reach to apoint to install symbos.i type run"sym in order to run it because of the xmem and dukes m4board.it starts in less than a second but it cannot see the app tha are included in the memory card.i have downloaded amd unzipped the symbos rar file and copied it after i extracted to the root.it has a symbos folder which contents cannot be seen when i type run in symbos.so i have to manually open everytime each application .so i was wondering if i have to do sth else in the installment.thanks.!

Symbos folder is empty as ot says but it is not.
