French commercial program for the creation of Fractal landscapes/screens.

Released in 1986 by Ere Informatique it is compatible with all CPCs with disc drives.

Unfortunately the main program fails to load but amongst the utilities on side B of the disc there is a slideshow of screens created by the program and we'll look at that.
First though I'll use the VIDI Rom to display a standard 17K screen converted from the proprietary file format (.cpt) used by the program.

Those screens are reminiscent of The Sentinel:

BEST WHEN VIEWED ON A LARGE SCREEN AT 720p (Dailymotion player setting)

"Fractal calculus, you know? It generates unpredictable but harmonious shapes, while giving access by very simple means to multiple graphic creations. This software, halfway between the game and the graphic utility, will allow you to master these complex calculations and will open the doors to you of an extraordinary imaginary world."

Four reviews from the CPC press:

Fifth (less favourable) review from 'AMSTRADEBDO' magazine:

Not emulated - original hardware and software.
Please note that  the aspect ratio for this video is 16:9 but the CPC monitor has
an aspect ratio of 4:3 so you may wish to adjust your viewing device accordingly.
