This is a collection of B&W mode 2 images sold commercially in France in the nineties. This video shows 29 of these out of total of 99.
"Clipart" is a bit of a misnomer as most of them are far larger than what usually passed as clip-art back then.
The images are better quality than what was available from the PD or indeed the commercial sector and I think have been digitised from American files (on a different platform) and converted to CPC format.

Please note that  the aspect ratio for this YouTube video is 16:9 but the CPC monitor
has an aspect ratio of 4:3 so you may wish to adjust your viewing device accordingly.
