Welcome to the second edition of WACCI. Those of you who received issue 71 will remember the free gift of the very first edition of WACCI. I have laid issue to along the same lines and I hope you enjoy the read. It is interesting to see how far the magazine had come in such a short space of time, this issue being 24 pages long as opposed to the 16 of issue one. Paul.
