I live in Athens and I was born in 1974. During the period 1987-1992 I developed several small-scale applications for the CP/M-80 and the CPC6128. In my opinion, the CPC6128 was the 8-bit micro with the biggest potential because of its CP/M-80 business applications, its colorful overscan games/demos , its powerful Locomotive Basic and its expansion capabilities. In 2005 I released my first demo, Inspired and motivated by the The Monkey Island II Demogreek Pixel magazine (see N. 60, page 32, CAT problems), I still develop (MS-DOS like) programs for the CP/M-80 and the CPC CPC6128 just for fun and in order to deal with some of my everyday problems (. I use COSMOS on an everyday basis to monitor my budget and car On File to monitor the maintenance monitoringof my car. I prefer single tasking computers because they allow you to focus on your work without being distracted by messages, emails, reminders, notifications, other processes etc, etc. My CPC releases pertain to: 2005, The The Monkey Island II Demo demo (AmsDOS).
2005-2021, COSMOS, the personal cost monitoring system (which also includes ASCII Tools) was my biggest project for the CPC (2005-2021128 KB CP/M 2.2). In
2024 June 2024 (40 years of CPC, On File database management system, 50 years anniversary of CP/M-80(128 KB CP/M 2.2) On File database management system as well as the .
2024 June, No One Like You Demo were released for the CP/M-80 and the CPC respectively. Notice, that the Pixel magazine 40 years anniversary of CPC (see NAmsDOS).60
2025, page 32June, CAT problemsOn File and On File Register (CP/M plus) was the inspirational guide for all this work. A database that also contains field-based graphics.
