Vortex provided a patched version of CP/M 2.2 together with their F1/M1 drives. After a legal dispute with [[Digital Research]], Vortex only provided patches for CP/M 2.2 to enable using their [[Vortex Expansion RAM card|memory expansions]] and [[Vortex Disc Drives|floppy disc drives]]. Vortex also provided an already patched version of CP/M together with the X-Drives.
