The Amstrad CPC computers mostly came with included system disksdisk(s) included.
The system disks varied in look and content, depending on the CPC-model they came with.

As the 3" disks in the CPC need to be flipped over in order to access the second side of it, the term "disk" refers to one side of such a physical 3" disk. "Disk 4" is therefore Side B of the 2nd system disk.
