RDOS is a DOS expansion, programmed by the german software company [[Dobbertin Memory Expansion|Dobbertin]]. It provides a 444 KB RAM disc under BASIC, [[CP/M 2.2|CP/M 2.2]] and [[An Introduction to CP/M Plus on Amstrad Computers|CP/M Plus]]. From BASIC the RAM disc can be accessed by the [[RSX|RSX]] command IC|C. After selecting RAM drive C all usual commands like LOAD, RUN, SAVE, ERA, REN etc. can be used.
