Changes

Initially, Vortex provided a patched version of CP/M 2.2 together with their S- and D-Drives. Following a legal dispute with Digital Research, Vortex switched to supplying only patches for CP/M 2.2 and CP/M 3.0.

The X-Drive came with a system disc containing files called XPATCH.COM and XPATCH30.COM which patched Amstrad's CP/M 2.2, or CP/M+ respectively3.0, to so that Vortex disc drives can be used in CP/M.
