Amstrad GmbH was Amstrad's german distrubutor (after Schneider left the CPC/PCW market).

  • Rumours about formation of Amstrad GmbH mentioned in ACU Nov 1987, page 5.
  • Amstrad in germany was mentioned in March 1988 on the cover of PC Schneider International, a month later the magazine changed it's name to PC Schneider/Amstrad International, and removed the word "Schneider" completely in later issues.
