'''BENG!''' (Bad European News Gang) was founded by the death of the PDW-Group (Public Domain Wuppertal) by [[DSC]] and some other ex-members in 1991. It was very active in the years 1992 and 1993. A lot of demos and disc fanzines have been released in this time.
