Changes

In April 2014, I have still a lot of littles problems with Chameleon64 and my strategic approach so I'm locked. I think about funding on four distinct platform platforms : Xilinx dev, Xilinx final, Altera dev, Altera final. So FPGAmstrad next objectif is to be ported into MameVHDL pattern (easy readable global schematic, visual draw compatible between ISE and Quartus)
