Sim City is a 1990 city-building simulation game by Probe Software, a conversion of the 1989 Infogrames title.
The goal of the game is to plan, build and run a city, either starting with an empty map or by loading one of the scenarios in which specific problems have to be solved, e.g. flooding, earthquakes, traffic congestion, or high crime rates.
